18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

All models, actors, performers, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on the SlavFans platform were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual image was produced.

Hosting / publishing distinction

SlavFans operates a user-generated content platform. As a host, SlavFans receives content that is created and produced solely by independent third-party content producers (our verified creators). These third-party producers are the "primary producers" of all content uploaded to the platform within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75. SlavFans is a hosting platform within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v).

Records of age verification

Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 for all content produced by our creators are kept by the original producer of the content. The original producer's identity is verified during our KYC process at onboarding. Each producer is contractually required to retain valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification for every person depicted in adult content they upload.

Custodian of Records

As a hosting platform, SlavFans maintains records of its verified producers (creators) and their content. The designated Custodian of Records for SlavFans is:

For records related to a specific content item, please reference the content URL or creator handle in your request. SlavFans will respond to lawful 2257 records requests in accordance with the timelines set out in 28 C.F.R. § 75.5.

Creator obligations

By uploading content to the SlavFans platform, the producer represents and warrants that:

• Every person depicted is at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Government-issued photo identification was verified and a copy retained.
• A signed consent / model release form was obtained from each person depicted.
• The producer has access to those records and will make them available to SlavFans, to government inspectors, or to law-enforcement agencies upon valid request.
• The producer will retain records for at least seven (7) years following the last public display of the content.

Reporting suspected minors

If you believe content on SlavFans depicts a minor, report it immediately using the in-product Report button (select "underage") or by emailing [email protected]. We treat every such report with the highest priority, will preserve the content, and will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
