Acceptable Use Policy

SlavFans is built for adult creators and adult fans. Within that adult-content space we enforce strict, non-negotiable rules to protect the safety, dignity, and rights of everyone who uses the platform.

1. Absolute prohibitions

The following will result in immediate, permanent removal and may be reported to law enforcement:

• Any sexual content involving anyone under 18, real or simulated, including drawn or AI-generated depictions (CSAM).
• Non-consensual content of any kind — including "revenge porn", hidden-camera, voyeur, sleep, blackmail, or coerced material.
• Content depicting sexual violence or rape, or content that promotes, glorifies, or instructs on sexual assault.
• Bestiality or any sexual conduct with animals.
• Necrophilia or content depicting corpses.
• Content involving severe or non-consensual violence, gore, or torture.
• Sexual content involving incest or family relationships (including "step" framings that are designed to suggest an underage relative).
• Trafficking, sex work coercion, or content produced under duress.
• Hate speech, threats, doxing, or content that targets protected groups.
• Content that solicits or facilitates illegal activity.

2. Identity & consent rules

• You may only upload content of yourself or content where every depicted person has given written, informed consent for adult-platform distribution.
• Every depicted person must be 18 or older with verified government ID retained by the producer (see 2257 statement).
• If a depicted person revokes consent, the content must be removed within 48 hours.

3. Impersonation & identity

• No impersonating another creator, public figure, or any private individual.
• No selling content belonging to someone else (the platform routinely scans for known leaked content).
• No celebrity deepfakes, AI-generated nudes of identifiable real people without their written consent, or any non-consensual likeness use.

4. Payment, fraud & trust

• No chargebacks-fraud, payment-method theft, fake subscriptions, or fake engagement (likes, follows, comments).
• No off-platform payment solicitation that bypasses our payment system.
• No selling, sharing, or transferring accounts.

5. Privacy & safety

• No publishing private contact info (phone, address, ID) of any person without their consent.
• No coordinated harassment, mass reporting, or stalking.
• No threats of physical harm against anyone, including yourself (we provide crisis resources when self-harm content is detected).

6. Spam & manipulation

• No automated likes, comments, follows, or sign-ups.
• No off-topic promotional content, malware links, or phishing.
• No re-uploading content removed by moderators in an attempt to evade enforcement.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in content removal, monetization suspension, account suspension, permanent account termination, withholding of pending payouts, and referral to law enforcement. The platform reserves the right to take any of these actions at its sole discretion. For sexual content involving minors we additionally report to NCMEC and the appropriate authorities as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

8. Appeals

If you believe enforcement against your account was in error, file an appeal by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of the action. Include your handle, the date of the action, and any evidence supporting your appeal. We will review within 14 business days.

9. Reporting

Report any violation immediately using the in-product Report button or by emailing [email protected]. Reports related to copyright infringement should be filed via our DMCA process.
