Terms of Service

Welcome to SlavFans. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user", "fan", or "creator") and SlavFans ("SlavFans", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the website at slavfans.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Eligibility & age

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to access or use the Service. You must also be legally permitted to view adult content where you live. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account registration

To access most features you must register an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for every action taken under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User roles

The Service offers three roles:

• Fans subscribe to creators, unlock paid content, and send tips.
• Creators publish content, set prices, and receive payouts.
• Admins moderate the platform and resolve reports.

Becoming a creator requires identity verification (KYC) and acceptance of additional terms. See our Acceptable Use Policy for content standards.

4. Payments & subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize SlavFans (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout, plus any taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law.

Platform fee. Creators receive 85% of net revenue from subscriptions, PPV unlocks, and tips. The remaining 15% covers platform operations, fraud protection, and payment processing.

5. Refunds

Because content is delivered immediately upon purchase or unlock, payments are generally non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in cases of platform error, fraud, billing dispute, or where required by law (including statutory withdrawal rights in the EU/UK).

6. Creator obligations

Creators retain ownership of their content but grant SlavFans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote that content on the Service. Creators warrant that:

• They are 18 or older and own (or have full rights to) every piece of content they upload.
• Every person depicted is 18 or older and has given written consent to the recording and to its commercial distribution.
• They will retain age-verification and consent records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and applicable foreign law (see our 2257 Compliance Statement).

7. Prohibited content & conduct

The full list of prohibitions is in our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to upload or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, depicts minors, is non-consensual, infringes another person's rights, or violates platform safety. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

8. Reports & moderation

We rely on user reports and proactive moderation to keep the Service safe. Submit reports via the in-app report button or at /contact. DMCA notices must be sent through the procedure in our DMCA Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The SlavFans name, logo, design, and code are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of any platform asset without our prior written permission.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law. Surviving sections include §§ 4 (Payments), 9 (IP), 11 (Disclaimer), 12 (Liability), and 13 (Disputes).

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlavFans' aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Wilmington, Delaware, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and an in-app banner at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
