SlavFans complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If your copyrighted work is appearing on the Service without authorization, you may submit a takedown notice using the form below or by emailing our designated DMCA agent at [email protected].

What a valid DMCA notice must include

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as direct URLs) that we can find it.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the right being infringed.

Our response

Upon receipt of a valid notice we will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material expeditiously, and notify the user who uploaded the material. Repeat-offender accounts are subject to termination under our Acceptable Use Policy.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice by emailing [email protected]. A valid counter-notice must include the requirements set out in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We will forward valid counter-notices to the original claimant. The content may be restored 10–14 business days later unless the claimant initiates a court action.
